Light observed, near and far

My photography begins with quiet observation—how light falls onto a surface, how form emerges from shadow, how a scene holds still just long enough. Local Light / Distant Light gathers moments from across the U.S. and abroad—two chapters shaped by distance, and connected by light, structure, and stillness. I hope you’ll spend a moment with them.
