Tom Venner is the Creative Director at GK3 Capital, a marketing agency and consulting firm that helps financial services companies adopt sales and marketing strategies that drive remarkable revenue growth in today’s digital world. Tom has long experience as a creative director supporting the growth of assets under management (AUM) for investment firms. In his eight years at Provasi Capital (formerly Behringer) AUM grew to over $11 billion. Tom managed the in-house design team covering diverse strategies including private REITs, commercial real estate, 1031 Exchanges and Delaware Statutory Trusts, and energy infrastructure.
Tom has also worked with major corporations including AT&T Business, CapitalOne, and MGM Entertainment. At AT&T Business, he led the design and art direction of C-suite executive presentations for US and international audiences. Tom’s team created technical and educational presentations and events highlighting company innovation, technology, and leadership.
Business-to-business design has been the focus of Tom’s career, uniting creativity and data to increase client revenues. He has led collaborative teams across digital, print, and video. For his motion graphics, digital marketing, and video display advertising, Tom has earned Platinum and Gold honors at the AVA Digital Awards, and international competition recognizing outstanding work in digital communication, and recently Gold, Silver, and Bronze honors at the Financial Communication Society Portfolio Awards for outstanding achievement in print and digital business-to-business collateral.

Leading the team responsible for the concept, design, and production of keynote, main stage, town hall, and broadcast presentations for AT&T Business executive leadership.
Hired into a newly created role within the multimedia solutions team; established relationships with chiefs of staff and key internal stakeholders.
Established workflow for design, review, revision, and approval for this new creative service; successfully on-boarded team and the client to this workflow.
Designed and produced, on average, 70 presentations a year for domestic and international audiences, including the 3,000+ attendees of the annual business summit.

Responsible for the brand standards and design direction of all corporate, sales, and marketing communications.
Led a five-person in-house task force who succeeded in conceiving and producing the Provasi brand identity within a six-week deadline.
